A translated version of "An End to All Things" has just been released in Czech anthology Trochu divné kusy 3, edited by Martin Sust. It's now known as "Všechno jednou skoncí"!

I'm happy (and shocked) to announce that my short story "An End to All Things", published last summer in the anthology Children of Magic, has been nominated for the 2006 Nebula Award! The final ballot is posted here.

I'm a staff member at this year's Alpha Workshop, the SF/F/H writing workshop for writers aged 14-19. Four professional authors will be teaching at Alpha this year: Michael Arnzen, Christopher McKitterick, Tamora Pierce, and Timothy Zahn.
